Class Info Q&A

Class Info Q&A

Please purchase a class pass in advance according to our studio policy. Some classes allow flexible choice of teacher and time. Be sure to check the class pass validity period and usage rules.

Please wear proper ballet attire and ballet shoes. Beginners may wear workout clothes at first and purchase professional attire later. Hair must be neatly tied back. Ballet shoes, leotards, and tights are available for purchase at the studio.

Please arrive on time. If you’re late, wait until an appropriate moment and enter only with the teacher’s permission. Those more than 20 minutes late will not be allowed to join the class. If you need to leave early, inform the teacher beforehand and exit quietly between combinations.

Refer to our “Class Levels” guide for detailed descriptions or contact our staff via Line for assistance. Beginners are encouraged to start with Beginners 1. Dancers with prior experience can consult with teachers or schedule a trial for placement.

Please stay quiet and focused during class, listen to your teacher, and avoid unnecessary talking. Show respect to both teachers and classmates through positive body language and polite behavior.

Most classes include warm-up, barre work, and center combinations. Depending on the level, classes may also include pointe work or targeted body training.

Yes. If you need to extend your class pass, please note the following options. All requests must be made before the pass expires:

  1. If the extension is due to illness or injury, a doctor’s note is appreciated. For travel or business trips, providing flight or work-related documentation is helpful. Extensions are generally limited to 30 days.
  2. You may choose to pay the single-session rate for classes already attended, then begin using a new pass starting from your next class.
  3. You can purchase a 7-day extension for NT$500.
  4. If your pass expires due to class cancellations caused by national holidays or natural disasters (e.g., typhoons), you may apply for an extension.

We aim to support all students while maintaining a fair and manageable policy. If you have special circumstances, please feel free to reach out.
