💡How to Handle Expiring Class Passes

⚠️ Please note: All of the following options must be processed before your class pass expires. Late requests will not be accepted.
  • Extension Due to Illness, Injury, or Travel

If you are temporarily unable to attend classes due to illness, business trips, relocation, or other circumstances, please submit your application within the validity period of your class pass along with the relevant supporting documents. We will assist with a class extension according to our policy.

  • Convert Used Classes to Single Session Rates

You may opt to pay for the classes you’ve already attended at the single session rate.  A new class pass can then be activated from your next class onward.

  • 7-Day Extension Service

You may extend the validity of your current pass by 7 days for a fee of NT$500.

 (Limited to one-time use per pass.)

  • Extension Due to Class Cancellations

If your pass expires due to class cancellations caused by national holidays or natural disasters (e.g. typhoons), you may apply for an extension.
