A Ballet Experience Designed for Adults

Founded in 2009, Gravity Ballet is Hong Kong’s first ballet studio established specifically for adult learners.
Led by Taiwanese dancer Eve Yu, the school is committed to providing a professional yet friendly learning environment for adults of all ages and backgrounds.

Clear Levels and
Structured Progression

Our curriculum is designed with distinct levels based on physical ability and movement comprehension, ranging from beginner to advanced. Each class is led by experienced professional dancers and instructors who understand how to guide adult learners in mastering ballet techniques at their own pace.

Flexible and Supportive Learning Format

No reservation is required—students are free to join any class that suits their schedule. Class passes are valid across all teachers and levels within their expiration period, making it easier to balance dance with work and life. First-time learners may wear comfortable sportswear before committing to formal ballet attire, lowering the barrier to entry.

Performance Opportunities and Artistic Growth

Annual performances provide adult learners with the opportunity to rehearse and perform on stage, experiencing the joy and challenge of full productions. Collaborations with choreographers and musicians from around the world bring fresh perspectives and elevate the artistic experience.

A Community That Connects

Gravity Ballet is more than a studio—it’s a sanctuary and second home for many students.
With members from diverse cultures and backgrounds, the studio fosters friendships and emotional support.
We believe the adult journey in ballet can be meaningful, empowering, graceful, and deeply human
